Detroit Rapper Babyface Ray has joined forces with UK Rap frontrunner Digga D for their new single, ‘Goofies’. Bridging the gap between West London and Detroit, both artists have been on individual missions to “change the culture for hip-hop” – stated in the chorus – while flying the flag for their natives. Directed by DON Prod (Headie One, M24, Abra Cadabra), we see the coming together of both crews shot during Babyface’s recent trip to London where he headlined Wireless, making his debut-UK performance. Images surfaced around the filming of the video putting fans of Babyface and Digga into a frenzy, contemplating when and if the collaboration will come.

Detroit-born and raised, Babyface Ray has crafted a solid foundation with over 10 projects to his solo discography with more alongside his Team Eastside collective. Blending a luxury Rap aesthetic and tendencies of traditional Detroit street Rap, the 31-year-old is determined to build his success from nationwide to a global scale; similar to fellow Michigan rappers, Eminem and Big Sean.

Earlier this year, he released his highly acclaimed album, ‘FACE’ featuring the likes of Wiz Khalifa, 42 Dugg, Pusha T, and Yung Lean. His growing success was followed by his guest feature on Future’s No. 1 album ‘I NEVER LIKED YOU’ and Deluxe edition of ‘FACE’ album to commence an incredible first half of the year. Babyface has been championed by Rolling Stone, Billboard, Pitchfork and more recently, XXL who announced him on the infamous XXL Freshman list for 2022. Further collaborations with French Montana, Trippie Redd, Moneybagg Yo and Jack Harlow have contributed to 400+ million streams and 1.4M monthly listeners.
