Premiere: One To Watch Artist John Alone Unveils Sombre “On The Run” Single

Having already been labelled as an artist to watch this coming year, rising force John Alone has today unveiled the sombre sounds of his brand new captivating single entitled “On The Run”.

The multi-talented John Alone, who’s previous alias was under the name Wiley Coyote, is a musical genius who’s talents lay within production, song-writing, mixing and mastering. Over the years, he has weaved a distinct sound of his own that has set him apart from many others within the scene.

Housing a guest verse from fellow rap artist Kway, “On The Run” is harnessed with luscious guitar strokes and a nonchalant feeling that is reminiscent of artists such as Frank Ocean and SZA; this dream-like slice of sound enables both John Alone and Kway to take centre stage with their heart-wrenching lyricism and melodic flows from beginning to end.
