nineteen97 Returns With ‘Weatherman’

Birmingham based rapper nineteen97 has arrived with a new single, ‘Weatherman’, featuring Ledbyher. Produced by Off Key, the track has a nostalgic feel, mixing elements of Garage, Grime, and Jersey Drill to create a vibrant instrumental.

The track has been released with a VHS-style music video directed by Todd Hardman. nineteen97 attacks the beat early with a nod to Dipset’s Jim Jones in his lyrics, before the vibe is shifted with a more melodic performance from Ledbyher.

Originally from Coventry, nineteen97 has demonstrated his musical talents as a composer, producer, and lyricist. Influenced by multiple genres including Dancehall, Garage, and Grime, the artist rose to prominence after his 2021 EP, ‘Chrome’.
