After building momentum with a string of successful singles including “Watching Me Dance,” “Hop On By,” “Into You,” and “Outside”- all of which gained traction on major Spotify playlists and received praise from BBC Introducing – British producer Jackson Homer has released his second album: Nu Wav(s) & Fade Outs.

A collection of 11 genre-defying tracks, Nu Wav(s) & Fade Outs sees Homer dive deeper into his signature sound: a fusion of house, nu-disco, and modern soul. Opening with the pulsating lead single “Speak Your Mind”, the album sets the tone with a collaboration between Homer and Australian house virtuoso Tentendo. The two producers, whose combined work amassed over 23 million streams last year, channel pure Ibiza energy on a track that exudes groove and summer warmth.

The album continues to showcase Homer’s curatorial style as an executive producer, bringing together a mix of rising and established talent. Collaborators like Ric Wilson, Devin Tracy, Tentendo, Pangeaux, and MATTII enrich the project with dynamic vocals and bold musical textures. Each track offers something new, yet the entire project feels cohesive, held together by Homer’s polished production and love for late ‘80s sonic nostalgia. He states:

Nu Wav(s) & Fade Outs is a collection of tracks that I created over a two-year period during the most challenging time of my life. The album is inspired by the late 1980s sonically, and I’ve taken on a more executive producer role compared to my previous projects. I had the privilege of working with incredible artists from all over the world, each of whom has contributed their unique touch to making this project a reality!”

Hailing from just outside Birmingham, Jackson Homer has been immersed in music since childhood, growing up in a DJ household. His early passion for DJing and production blossomed into a career that’s seen him regularly split time between Birmingham and London, collaborating with diverse voices across the UK and beyond.
