Irish rapper Travy releases new single ‘Master Shifu’ 

Nigerian-born, Irish-raised rapper Travy releases new single, ‘Master Shifu’ taken from his forthcoming mixtape ‘Spooky’.

‘Master Shifu’ highlights Travy’s playful approach to Rap driven by his cinematic storytelling of his musical journey so far. The track is a light-hearted nod to the animation film Kung-Fu Panda and the in-film trainer, Master Shifu; a character who matches Travy’s tenacity.

The hard-hitting production – from frequent collaborator Liam Harris – aligns with Travy’s success-driven persona in lyrics such as, “Since a young man I’ve been so hungry, empty plate but my belly still full”.

In addition to a recent co-sign from KSI, Travy’s last single ‘FSSH’ was featured on DJ Semtex’s ‘5 Tracks You Need To Know’ and garnered global attention with his ‘On Our Radar’ performance.
