<p>UK grime rapper Giggs has finally given fans something to look forward to. Just two days ago, Giggs released a teaser on Instagram of his new upcoming album <em>‘Landlord’</em>.</p>
<p>The album is set to release this summer on August 5th. The Peckham hadn’t made any new material since his 2013 album <em>‘When Will It Stop’</em> which was produced by his label XL Records. Earlier in the year, Giggs had released snippets of the upcoming album which sent fans into a frenzy so we can only expect that once the album is released, fans will go mad.</p>
